Join my co teacher Dahlia and I for middle splits round two. Variations are given for multiple levels. 90 minutes of warm up, active flexibility and passive flexibility, ending with a cool down. These classes are intended on a 'do at your own pace' style where we see what is achievable with consistent practice.
